4 Steps To Increasing Your Traffic By 10 Times Or More
Ok, since the intention of this article is to give you some ammo, and get you results fast, I’m going to hop right into the strategy. What I’m about to share with you is a four step website promotion strategy that I use to get ridiculous amounts of visitors to my websites. I recommend doing this once per day, but if you’re just too dang busy, you can shorten the process to once per week (although you’ll get 1/7th of the results). Ok, so here goes:
1. The first step is to create a piece of educational content. It doesn’t have to be the best content in the world, it just needs to be useful and educational in nature. Pretty much no matter what you do, you’re not going to be able to completely predict where the majority of your traffic will come from. There are a lot of gurus that try to teach you how to only tackle the big babies, but you’ll be better off writing lots of articles than you will trying to write the perfect one. Videos work this way too. Just create something with some valuable information in your niche, and put it on a website. You could put it on a blog, an article site, or a video site if that’s your gig.
2. Step two is to make a video announcing your article, and broadcast your video to the video sharing sites. I like video marketing because it’s easy to do, they get picked up by the search engines faster than anything else around, and it gets you traffic ridiculously fast. Confused? All you need to do is sit in front of a webcam and talk for a minute or so about your cool new article. I use a service called ‘Traffic Geyser’ to broadcast my videos, because it’s simple to use and it’s the best thing around for video promotion. Point the link in the video back to the source of your original piece of content. You can also use a service called ‘TubeMogul’ which is free, but far less effective than Traffic Geyser.
3. In step 3, you write a simple, brief article talking about your content, or maybe even create a variation of the same content and broadcast it to the article directories. I like article marketing because articles rank consistently in the search engines and they get you long term, passive traffic if you keep using them. Articles also increase your visibility and credibility with prospects by making you appear as the ‘expert’ in your niche. I use automated software to promote your articles.
4. Do it every day. Look, this is a simple process, and it will work for you like crazy if you follow it. The cool thing is that this four step process works even if your content isn’t the best around. The cool thing is that this four step process works even if your content isn’t the best around. (Of course, it will work much better if they’re killer). You need to do this consistently for the next 100 days to get the same kind of results that myself and others have.
So why should you keep working the strategy over the next 100 days? I’ve got a simple answer for you. If you follow the simple advice in this article, you’ll be getting so much traffic and leads that you’ll flip out with enthusiasm. (It works that well). If you stick with the strategy, you’ll get results, and I’ll see you at the top of the search engines.
